Don's Body Shop of Ottawa is growing and we are currently looking to add a customer service representative to our team! We have been in business for 45+ years and pride ourselves on offering a quality repair with exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an organized, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills to fill the Customer Service Representative role within our company at our Ottawa location.
This position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers when they enter the office in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer phones.
- Set up new files, scanning, posting payments.
- Scheduling estimate appointments, vehicle drop off and vehicle pick up appointments.
- Calling customers with updates on vehicles in process.
- Assist the Production Manager and Estimator with clerical tasks.
- Handle clerical aspects of Insurance Claims and Supplements.
- Line matching estimates.
- Keeping the front office and breakroom orderly and clean.
Job Requirements
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to multitask and work efficiently
