What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, Yelp, Facebook, and website chat
- Provide outstanding customer service from the first call through job completion
- Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to maximize daily scheduling
- Follow up on estimates, unsold jobs, and customer requests
- Accurately document customer information and job details
- Assist with financing options and promotions when appropriate
- Maintain organized customer records
- Help achieve company booking and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Call center or home service experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong computer and typing abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Experience
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or Garage Door industry experience
- CRM software experience (ServiceTitan)
- Sales or appointment-setting experience
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
