What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling memberships, packages, and retail products to help clients reach their wellness goals
- Consulting with members and new guests to recommend services and build personalized, results-driven plans
- Driving outreach and lead generation through calls, prospecting, and in-spa promotions
- Building strong relationships to support member satisfaction and retention
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming spa environment and assisting with clerical tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A sales-driven mindset (previous sales or membership sales experience preferred)
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident communicator
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Open availability preferred — training is typically during daytime hours, while evenings and weekends are our greatest need
- Reliable, self-motivated, and confident — once trained, you will work solo shifts and must be able to independently manage the spa, stay on task, and ensure smooth daily operations
