The Role:
Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
HVAC Service technicians receive hourly pay between $24-$31 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.
What You'll Do:
- Completes in-home HVAC service calls and gets the job right the first time
- Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a "You're my go-to company" relationship
- Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
- Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
- 5-10 year's Residential HVAC Experience Required
- EPA Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
