- Our consultants operate in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and must be dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
- Our consultants work in a project-based environment. Consultants are paid based upon their utilization on a project. Compensation is tied directly to the role of the consultant on the project, and the amount of time worked on the project. This provides flexibility for taking time off between assignments.
- Some engagements require travel. Consultants are offered the opportunity to work on the assignment, and are able to refuse the opportunity if it does not meet their travel expectations. Once the opportunity has been accepted, the travel requirements of the engagement are expected to be fulfilled.

We are currently looking for project managers who have significant previous project management experience. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and/or Vision is required; PMP designation is a definite plus, but is not required. Previous experience working in a consulting environment is preferred.
