Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Monitor vital signs, document medical information accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems, and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA-l (CNA/GNA) license with current certification required
- Prior experience in a LTC facility with specialized populations such as those requiring Alzheimer's or dementia care or memory care programs preferred.
