This is a full-time, in-person position designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop professional skills, and grow within a fast-paced marketing and sales environment. You will work directly with customers through established retail partnerships, representing nationally recognized brands while gaining real-world marketing and sales experience.
This role does not involve cold calling, door-to-door sales, remote work, or commission-only pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interaction
- Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based settings
- Engage customers by explaining product features, benefits, and promotions
- Assist with the setup, presentation, and breakdown of marketing displays
- Support customer onboarding and respond to general product questions
- Collect customer feedback to help improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and sales goals
- Participate in paid training sessions focused on marketing, communication, and sales development

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available to work full-time hours
- Reliable transportation required (local, on-site role in Montgomery, AL)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality is helpful but not required
