Description:
Interacts with clients, ensuring successful delivery of services and
high customer satisfaction. This role acts as the primary contact for Mid-Market Platinum
Customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Client Relationships and Communications.
2. Resolve issues and escalate risks
3. Monitor engagement performance and outcomes
4. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLO benchmarks.
Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 a year
