We are currently seeking a part-time employee with the potential of full-time to join our office team. Our ideal candidates would be willing and able to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Completing daily data entry and bookkeeping by invoicing for appliance services and installations.
- Keeping customer accounts up to date with the most current information available.
- Clearly and professionally answer inbound customer calls and emails.
- Manage and submit state tax filings and online business payments within set timelines.
- Provide quarterly payroll and yearly tax information to the accountant.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Learn and retain knowledge of company offered products and services.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Access) or comparable software.
- Basic accounting principles understanding and applied knowledge.
- Able to work with confidential and proprietary information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage calendars and schedules.
- Strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attitude with the ability to be self-motivated and work as part of team.
- Comfortable and efficient with working in a very fast-paced environment.
