Full Job Description
We're hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our downtown Columbus team supporting some of the most recognized brands in the country. In this role, you'll be the front-line point of contact for customer questions, account support, and service issues tied to our partner campaigns — with plenty of room to grow into a leadership or account management track.

- UNICEF — Nonprofit Donor Support
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to partner accounts, services, and promotions
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through account setup, plan changes, or enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in Salesforce (CRM)
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Support occasional in-field customer service events and promotions in the Columbus area
- Meet weekly with your manager to review performance and service metrics
- Join daily morning team huddles to stay aligned on messaging, promotions, and priorities
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel to events
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts or requests at once
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience a plus, but not required — paid training provided
- Comfort learning CRM tools; Salesforce experience a plus
