Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.

Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.

If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.

Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence.

Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.

Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
