In this role, you'll assist customers with product selection, service options, account inquiries, and overall wireless solutions while contributing to a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service from the moment they enter the store
- Learn customer needs and recommend products, plans, and services that best match their goals
- Explain current promotions, pricing options, and product benefits
- Assist with wireless service questions, account support, and device-related inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Support store operations and collaborate with team members to achieve performance objectives
