Job Title: Assembly Department Supervisor
Type: Full Time (Mon-Thur 6:00am- 4:30pm plus required OT when available)
Job Description: Martin International Enclosures is seeking an individual to add an Assembly Department Supervisor to the team. Martin Enclosures designs and manufactures IT enclosures and cabinets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5-10 assemblers
- Capable of assisting assembly team members with technical questions.
- Attend weekly production meetings and communicate with management on job status.
- Assemble cabinets and other products.
- Ability to train new and existing employees.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to communicate with engineering team.
- Stage and organize parts for upcoming jobs.
- Constant communication with plant manager and shipping manager
- Final Inspection of all cabinets and accessories.
Job Requirements:
- MUST BE ORGANZIED.
- Must be able to communicate with team and management
- Organization is key to success
- Proficient with all hand tools
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Basic computer skills required: Word, Excel, Email
- Multilingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Position is fast paced, must be able to stay organized and composed during heavy workload times
- Must be available for OT
- Engineering background is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
