Working with client project stakeholders to identify business requirements then translate those requirements into solutions. Develop customized ERP solutions to maximize the system’s potential and usability. Provide high quality consulting and training services to clients and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the functional and feature characteristics of Global Shop Solutions ERP software. Acquire an understanding of the manufacturing industry and processes. Provide application and troubleshooting of all applications to Global Shop Solutions customers. Perform testing, write use cases and train end users in order to maximize the system’s potential and usability. Work as part of a remote team and participate in team and internal initiatives and projects.
