Community Field Canvasser
We seek energetic, motivated, professional individuals to engage with the community and spread local awareness!
Candidates must be go-getters who aren't afraid to speak to voters at their doors about the community. This is a chance to get out, make a difference, and educate and build up people in your community!
- Flexible scheduling available - pick which shifts you work week to week! $20/hr canvassers can make up to $800/week.
- No experience is required - we have a complete training course and offer ample support in the field. Candidates must have a car, a working smartphone, and be 18 or older.
- Canvassers make their own schedules and can start on a day of their choosing. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome everyone.
- We have a strong “promote from within” culture. Proficient canvassers will have the opportunity to be promoted to supervisor roles quickly and potentially salaried traveling positions—opportunities for advancement for those interested.
Requirements
- Working smartphone with data
- Ability to walk for several hours at a time
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- A commitment to progressive causes
- Must have personal transportation.
