Requirement:
- 10+ years demonstrated scientific molding experience, coupled with strong scientific molding education.
- Strong Scientific molding background RJG MMI, MMII, Train the Trainer, AIM Institute.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and rational, Minitab experience preferred.
- Proficient Knowledge of RJG’s CoPilot system and graph interpretation.
- Demonstrate strong communication/mentoring skills: classes, training, or relevant experience preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
