HR Coordinator - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for an HR Coordinator position with a leading investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will support the Global DEI by providing high-level administrative and operational support of the firm’s priorities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of executive support and human resources experience within a professional services environment.
This is a direct hire position that will pay a base salary between $85,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience). This position is required to be on-site 4 days per week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:
Provide executive administrative support to the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (GDEI) team, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
Coordinate high-profile internal and external events, conferences, and association partnerships.
Support GDEI initiatives by assisting with committee coordination, business network programs, client materials, communications, and inclusion initiatives.
Serve as the primary HR contact for client RFP/RFI questionnaires.
Manage special projects focused on improving and automating HR operational processes.
Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain relationships with external training vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of executive support experience, preferably within Human Resources in a global, matrixed organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, service-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
