Our Short Term Rehab Facility is seeking a full time experienced Staffing Scheduler with some possible weekends. Must also hold a Valid GA CNA license.
The number one priority for this position is maintaining the employee schedules on a 24-hour basis to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as directed by administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates, coordinates, reports, posts, and manages all functions related to schedules of hourly staff
- Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins while securing coverage. Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues
- Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Must be Covid vaccinated (or have qualifying medical or religious exemption).
- CNA license preferred
**PROVEN STAFFING/SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME LONG TERM CARE or SHORT TERM REHAB FACILITY IS A MUST**
