Job Title: Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Install and set up new equipment GPS
- Provide technical support to customers via phone or in-person
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge bearings, tracks systems, and how to change oil/filters is a plus
