Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PreK 3 and PreK 4 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must be certified in the subject they are applying for and demonstrates strong content knowledge, is able to use data to drive instruction, possess classroom management skills, ability to create TEKS aligned effective lesson planning, and a sincere passion for working with children. Patience, empathy, and a willingness to support the whole child are essential to success in this role. Collaboration and adaptability in a diverse school environment are also highly valued.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Current Texas teaching certification in content area (required)
- Must be certified in the subject matter for which you are applying.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience if the subject area is in a STAAR tested subject (Grades 3-HS) lesser years of experience will be considered for lower elementary grades (PreK-2) or electives
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Multilingual Preferred: fluent in English and other languages such as Arabic, Urdu, French, Bangla, Hindi, Pashto, Punjabi, Spanish (Not Required)
