A Little About Lotus
Lotus Chiropractic Care is where people come when they're done managing their pain and ready to fix the ROOT CAUSE of it.
We're a NUCCA office in Dunwoody offering precision adjusting, decompression, shockwave therapy, and massage. Small practice, big plans, and every patient here is known by name.
The first face our patients see is YOU. And the last one on their way out the door? Also you. That's not "just a receptionist." That's not "just the front desk." Your role here is so much bigger than that.
Chiropractic or medical office experience is a PLUS... however, it is not required. We will train the right fit. Our doctor invests in a professional Chiropractic Assistant Coach who works with our team one-on-one, so you'll be personally coached on the phones, the patient conversations, the systems, all of it. Some of the best chiropractic assistants in the country started with zero experience and a whole lot of heart.
Who We're Looking For
- Warm, energetic, kind, and genuinely FUN to be around
- The person who remembers that Mrs. Johnson's granddaughter had her recital last Thursday... and ASKS about it
- Service-minded to their core. You'd rather help someone than be right
- Organized and reliable. A full schedule and a constantly ringing phone doesn’t rattle you.
- Comfortable with numbers and computers. You don't need to be an expert, you just can't be scared of them.
- Excited to learn how to encourage patients to share their chiropractic experience, so more people in Dunwoody get the care they need.
- Someone who wants a CAREER, not a job. As we build, you build. As we grow, you grow. That's the whole point.
- Coachable. Honest. Open to being trained and open to being GREAT.
Most important: a shy person would not be happy in this role. You have to LOVE talking to a lot of people all day, on the phone and face to face. If that drains you, this isn't your fit.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like
The Heart of the Job
- Greet every patient like they're walking into your home, and manage check-in.
- Answer the phone warmly and lead new patients through their very first questions.
- Track each patient's progress on their care plan and keep them scheduled where the doctor needs them.
- Reach out to patients who've missed a visit and get them back on track.
- Own patient retention through real, consistent follow-up.
The Logistical Side of the Job
Experience here is a plus, however we'll train the right fit.
- Send patient forms (new patient intake, updates).
- Track membership plans and remaining visits, and offer the right upgrade at the right moment.
- Submit Medicare claims accurately and on time.
- Submit monthly sales tax filings.
- Open and close the office.
- Order office supplies and supplements.
- Manage the doctor's meeting schedule.
The Fun Stuff
- Help run patient appreciation events, campaigns, and referral partnerships
- Build relationships with local Dunwoody businesses. Get out there, meet people, be the face of Lotus in this community
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base pay, full-time (35 to 40 hrs/week)

Bring your resume to 1730 Mt Vernon Rd. Ste C, Dunwoody, GA 30338, on a M,W between 9a-5p or THUR,FR between 9a-1pm Come meet us. Say hi. Whoever walks through that door goes straight to the top of the pile. Then apply here too, so we have you in our system.
2. Send us a video or a voice note
If your current schedule truly won't allow a drop-off, record us 60 to 90 seconds (video or voice, your phone is perfect, no editing, no script) and tell us three things:
- Why you couldn't come by in person
- What caught your eye AND your heart about this post
- What you'd bring to our patients

And if a video makes you nervous? Totally fine. Write us a real cover letter instead. Not a template. Not the one you sent to nine other offices. Tell us what you noticed about Lotus and why THIS one. We'll know.
