Responsibilities
- Review agency bill statements for accuracy in coordination with various agencies
- Reconcile commission statements against posted transactions
- Process commission statement and invoice payments to carriers
- Issue return premium and commission payments to finance companies
- Review management system data to identify missing transactions and policies
- Resolve and clear outstanding items
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with urgency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactional work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced accounting environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Team-oriented with a customer service mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
