Position Summary
The site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the convenience store and fuel station, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, managing employees, controlling inventory, and meeting sales and profitability goals. The manager leads by example while ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee daily store and fuel station operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, fully stocked, and customer-ready.
- Monitor fuel systems and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed Via owners approval.
- Open and close the store as scheduled.
Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Foster a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for customers and staff.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Prevent theft, fraud, and inventory shrinkage.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Order fuel, merchandise, food, beverages, and supplies. (when owners are away)
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Ensure proper pricing, merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Minimize product loss due to spoilage or theft.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain OSHA, environmental, tobacco, lottery, alcohol, and food safety standards (where applicable).
- Conduct routine safety inspections and employee safety training.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or equipment failures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
- Bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform routine cleaning tasks.

- Experience with fuel station operations.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
