Total Care ABA is seeking an outgoing and professional Community Outreach Marketer to help expand awareness of our ABA therapy services and connect children and families with the resources they need.
This is a hands-on, in-person field position focused on developing meaningful relationships with pediatric offices, psychologists, behavioral health providers, therapy practices, childcare centers, Head Start programs, health departments, WIC offices, and other community organizations that serve children and families.

What You'll Do
As a Community Outreach Marketer, you will help grow community awareness of Total Care ABA by building strong partnerships and referral relationships.
What your responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular in-person outreach visits to healthcare and community organizations
- Introduce Total Care ABA services and explain our referral process
- Build and maintain relationships with providers and community organizations
- Deliver approved marketing materials and resources
- Identify opportunities for presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community education events
- Follow up with contacts through phone calls, emails, and ongoing visits
- Visit schools and daycare centers as needed
- Track outreach activities, contacts, follow-ups, and referral opportunities
- Attend local resource fairs, networking events, and community events as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable meeting new people
- Professional and confident when visiting offices and organizations
- Organized with strong follow-through skills
- Relationship-focused and motivated by helping others
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
What we require from you…
- 1-2 years outside sales or marketing experience required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Healthcare, community outreach, or customer relationship experience preferred
- Experience working with healthcare providers, schools, or community organizations is a plus
