Position:
Wheels Powersports is currently seeking a FULL- TIME parts and accessories sales associate in Fargo ND. This position provides all around outstanding customer service to both our customers and technicians at the parts and service counter.
Qualifications:
-Mechanical background.
-Motorcycle, Atv, Utv and watercraft knowledge.
-Strong customer service skills in person and via phone.
-Ability to multi-task.

Wheels Powersports is an innovative and modern powersports destination in Fargo, ND. Our two-story 30,000 sq. ft. building features a 10,000 sq. ft. new vehicle showroom along with a 2,500 sq. ft. pre-owned vehicle showroom. An indoor drive-through bay provides customers with a heated and protected area for picking up new machines and dropping off vehicles for service or trades.
Position Summary + Experience
We are looking for qualified applicants with a minimum 2 years of customer service, part sales or equivalent mechanical experience. This position requires excellent customer service and mechanical skills. Must be able to use computers and have experience in dealing with customers both in person and on the phone. Mechanical experience is also a must.
The ideal employee will be team orientated and able to adjust to varying workflows and deadlines. This full-time position includes a host of benefits.

Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment for parts and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including stocking shelves and displays.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist customers with automotive diagnostics and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
