MFG located in Orange county seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Office Assistant to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for various office & warehouse duties such as order processing, customer service support, general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing & shipping, plus maintain accurate inventory, and keep warehouse organized & clean.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Process incoming Purchase orders
- Respond to customer calls & email
- Prepare packing list, and shipping labels
- Pick, inspect, pack and prepare product for shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory daily for multiple warehouse
- update inventory info on website daily
- Organize warehouse for optimum efficiency & flow
- Handle weekly office maintenance tasks in warehouse and office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to lift 40-75lb box
- Experience with Purchase order processing procedure on QuickBooks or similar programs
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer calls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Excel, outlook and Power point
- Shipping processing experience, PL, UPS, USPS
- Data entry experience
- Minimum 2 year of customer service experience
- Must have 2 years or more of warehouse work experience
