Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the receiving, handling, storage, preparation, and delivery of residential appliances. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent service while helping maintain an efficient warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect, and unload incoming appliance shipments.
· Verify products against packing slips and report any discrepancies or damages.
· Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
· Prepare appliances and related products for customer deliveries and installations.
· Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
· Assist delivery and installation teams as needed.
· Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in regular audits.
· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
· Handle appliances properly to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
· Assemble, dispose of, or recycle packaging materials as needed.
· Assist customers with appliance pickups while providing excellent customer service.
· Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, or appliance industry experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to safely lift and move appliances weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance and appropriate equipment.
· Forklift experience is a plus, or willingness to become certified.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Dependable attendance and punctuality.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver’s license required, F endorsement preferred.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
· Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy appliances.
· Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the workday.
· Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
· Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools.
