Astro Beer Hall is seeking a part-time Floor Manager to join our team, covering Saturday and Sunday closing shifts (5pm–3am). We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This position has potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Manage and train a team of servers, bartenders, and other floor staff
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist with banquet and catering events as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
