Minimum requirements for school compliance:
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
- TB test, in accordance with district standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to working
Preferred experience and qualities:
- Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Familiarity working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is a plus (not required)
