Velora Brazilian Wax & Sugaring is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our salon. If you love providing exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping clients feel welcomed and cared for, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Check clients in and out using our booking system
- Process payments and handle retail sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
- Assist with daily salon operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or salon/spa experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and social media
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
