Wage: $58,000-63,000, based on experience

What You Will Do
The Project Operations Coordinator serves as a central administrative resource for project execution and business operations within the ITS division. The successful candidate will help maintain project organization, support customer and vendor interactions, track project documentation, and ensure accurate information is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
- Provide administrative support for ITS projects
- Maintain project records, schedules, and documentation
- Assist with project tracking and status updates
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed
Quoting, Purchasing, and Invoicing
- Prepare and organize quotation information for review
- Work with engineering and management to ensure quote accuracy
- Create purchase orders as directed
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status and lead times
- Assist with preparation of project invoices and billing documentation
- Track project billing milestones, including deposit and final invoices
ERP & Administrative Support
- Maintain project and customer information within Odoo (ERP)
- Assist with ERP process updates and administrative improvements
- Support data entry, reporting, and record management activities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, purchasing, customer service, or related roles
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, technical, or industrial environment is a plus
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is beneficial but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- · Comfortable working with technical products and documentation
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills
- · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- · Experience with ERP systems preferred
- · Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
