River Run Solutions is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and work alongside our lawn care, mulch installation, and snow removal crews.
We are looking for a leader who is willing to travel, work in the field daily, lead by example, and help complete the work alongside the crew. The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance operations and can effectively manage people while remaining actively involved in the work.

Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites and work alongside field crews
- Lead lawn care, mulch installation, and snow removal operations
- Manage crew productivity, quality, and safety
- Coordinate daily schedules, equipment, and materials
- Perform lawn maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal duties as needed
- Conduct job site inspections and ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate with management regarding project progress
- Assist with employee development and performance management
- Respond to operational challenges and provide solutions in the field
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or snow removal crews
- Strong leadership skills with a willingness to work alongside employees
- Ability to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience operating landscaping and snow removal equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to work flexible hours during winter weather events
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a working manager who is comfortable getting their hands dirty, traveling to job sites, holding crews accountable, and helping complete the work—not someone looking to simply supervise from the sidelines.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
