Host – (Weekend & Holiday Availability Required)
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and personable Host to join our team at a high-end, fast-paced restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in hospitality, understands the importance of first impressions, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of host or hospitality experience (high volume restaurant experience preferred)
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Available to work weekends and holidays (required)
- Knowledge in Opentable
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting guests with professionalism and warmth
- Managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Coordinating with management and service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Maintaining accurate wait times and guest communication
- Assisting with guest inquiries and special requests
- Supporting overall front-of-house operations
We are looking for someone who understands hospitality at a high level and takes pride in creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere from the moment guests walk through the door.
