Summary:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our company as you greet our customers and perform various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
- Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
- Collaborate with security regarding visitor badging and the testing and maintenance of the alarm systems.
- Answer and direct all phone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
- Support recruitment efforts.
- Provide administrative support to team members as necessary.
- Support various departments as needed.
- Organize the reception area while complying with the office procedures and regulations.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Good telephone communication etiquette.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Great attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing.
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems.
- Experience in recruiting and applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.
- Experience in a similar role strongly preferred.
