Lead Conversion Specialist
Position Overview

The Lead Conversion Specialist is responsible for generating qualified in-home appointments for our sales team through consistent outbound calling, lead follow-up, objection handling, appointment confirmation, and persistence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, overcoming objections, staying focused on repetitive tasks, and being measured by performance. The majority of the day is spent on the phone making outbound calls, following up with leads, confirming appointments, and driving results.
Success in this role comes from discipline, consistency, mental toughness, and the ability to stay motivated while performing high-volume activities every day.
Primary Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Contact internet leads, aged leads, event leads, canvass leads, referral leads, and rehash opportunities
- Consistently follow call cadence and follow-up schedules
- Work through call lists efficiently without procrastination
- Maintain urgency and energy throughout the day
Appointment Setting
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations for the sales team
- Secure firm appointment commitments from homeowners
- Ensure all decision-makers will be present during appointments
- Verify appointment details and homeowner expectations
- Maximize demo opportunities while minimizing cancellations and no-shows
Objection Handling
- Confidently overcome homeowner objections
- Navigate concerns regarding time, scheduling, pricing, trust, and interest
- Push respectfully for appointments rather than accepting the first “no”
- Utilize proven scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Re-engage homeowners who previously declined appointments
Appointment Confirmation
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Verify homeowner availability
- Confirm both decision-makers will be present
- Reduce cancellation and no-show rates
- Reschedule and recover appointments when necessary
CRM & Administrative Duties
- Document all call activity accurately
- Maintain detailed notes in Lead Perfection
- Update dispositions and lead statuses
- Follow company call standards and procedures
- Maintain data accuracy and organization

Pay: $17.00 - $36.00 per hour
