Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and comprehensive system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex problems with HVAC/R equipment across all makes and models
- Execute skilled repairs and component replacements
- Respond to emergency and service maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in HVAC/R or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., as well as perform overhead work and crawling/squatting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- EPA Universal
- NATE Core strongly preferred
- NATE Certifications a plus
