SERVICE PORTER
Summary Description:
- Provides assistance to all employees of the service department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Help Service Department employees to run an efficient and customer-oriented department.
Prepare Service area for daily activities.
Transport motorcycles to and from service lane, service stalls, stages for technicians.
Performs pick up and / or delivery of bikes to customers as needed.
Keep inventory fueled and available for test drives.
Assist technicians as needed.
Clean & maintain appearance of general facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate must have experience.
Ability to accept and follow directions.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred.
Clean driving record with Motorcycle endorsement.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift 50 pounds of materials.
Be prompt and dependable.
Be honest and fair in all business dealings.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary will be based on experience.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision and accident insurance after 90 days, and paid vacation after one year.
Work Schedule:
- Full or Part-time
- Nights and weekends required.
