I started Spectrum Speech Therapy because I wanted clinicians to have more flexibility, support, and mentorship than what large contract companies often offer. I’m a practicing clinician myself and am always available to provide guidance, answer questions, and support you in your work.
What you’ll do:
- Provide speech and language therapy and evaluations in schools
- Collaborate with teachers and special education teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student communication goals
- Maintain required documentation
Caseload & Schedule:
- ~25-45 students
- Flexible full-time or part-time options
- 1099 contractor position
- caseload choice of school and/or birth to K
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred (Can start if CF completed)
