RN Supervisor

The Village at Penn State, one of the area’s premier independent living communities, is hiring Full-Time and Per Diem RN Supervisors!
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide and oversee quality nursing care for our residents while supporting and coordinating our nursing team.
Shift Information
- Full-Time: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Per Diem/Pool: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM and/or 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, as needed
- 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and resident care
- Provide quality nursing care and assist with activities of daily living
- Administer medications and perform skilled treatments and procedures
- Document resident care and contribute to health assessments and care plans
- Address resident and family health and social concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- At least 2 years of RN experience, including some medical/surgical experience
- Long-term care and geriatric experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations, including OBRA requirements
- Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
