About the Role
Premier Transportation is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Forest Park, GA. This is an onsite, full-time, entry-level role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in trucking, logistics, clerical, or administrative roles.You will be the frontline connection between our customers and operations, working primarily on a PC to manage communication, maintain reports, and support day-to-day transportation processes.Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers via phone and email
- Maintain and update internal reports and customer records
- Monitor freight schedules and support the dispatch and operations team
- Communicate effectively with drivers, internal departments, and clients
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolution
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates with strong customer service or administrative experience
- Prior experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
