Assistant manager for a quick service and catering BBQ restaurant to run the second shift. This position receives competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus tip out. Must be able to perform all duties of the restaurant including preparation and cooking of food, order taking and customer service, and daily cleaning/maintenance as well as managing large catering orders. Must be able to manage a team that works together. You may need to work on an occasional day that we are closed to do prep work, stocking, or to work caterings. Fast-paced environment so must be willing to be flexible with what is needed at the time and work with your team to be successful. It requires strong people, customer service and math skills. Must have your own transportation.
