Russ Ward Auto Body is looking for a reliable and motivated Painter’s Helper to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the painter with prepping vehicles for paint
- Sanding, masking, taping, and cleaning parts or panels
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
- Help with mixing paint and organizing supplies
- Polish, color sand and buff panels as needed
- Perform other support tasks as needed in the paint and body departments
- Check in parts as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years experience in the auto body or paint industry
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable and on time
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual is a plus
