We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and deliver outstanding guest services during the late-night hours. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining smooth hotel operations throughout the night. Duties
- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing discrepancies
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and positive relations
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and operational issues swiftly
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse guests effectively
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a hotel setting
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments is advantageous
