About the Role
JUS Official Services is looking for a driven, highly organized, and well-connected Booking Agent to lead venue acquisition and scheduling. Your sole mission is to research, pitch, negotiate, and lock down performance venues and dates for two upcoming high-profile talent tours: the high-energy live disco act The Detroit Disco Daddies and the soulful indie-pop singer-songwriter Rebekah Ruyle.Key Responsibilities
- Venue Sourcing: Research and identify optimal clubs, theaters, music lounges, and festival spaces across target regions for both touring acts.
- Direct Outreach: Pitch routing proposals directly to venue talent buyers, promoters, and local event partners.
- Contract & Rate Negotiation: Secure competitive performance dates, optimal time slots, and favorable financial terms/guarantees aligned with management goals.
- Calendar Coordination: Maintain a clean, conflict-free, and cohesive master tour schedule for both individual and combined routing.
- Communication: Provide regular pipeline and booking updates to the JUS Official Services management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in music booking, talent buying, or tour coordination.
- Existing network of relationships with live music venues and promoters.
- Exceptional phone, email negotiation, and contract-tracking skills.
- Deep appreciation for live entertainment—from floor-filling disco to intimate indie-acoustic sets.
- High autonomy, impeccable accountability, and strict attention to professional timelines.
