We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Wireless Sales Associate to join our Metro by T-Mobile team! The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in the wireless industry or a related sales field and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
You’ll help customers find the right phone and plan, handle in-store transactions, and represent our brand at local marketing and promotional events.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Answer questions and recommend products and services.
- Increase customer engagement with merchandise and promotions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and balance cash drawers.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Direct customers to products and services that fit their needs.
- Help drive in-store sales through outstanding customer interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor.
- Assist customers with sales, upgrades, and activations
- Participate in local marketing events and community promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members and management

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in wireless sales or a related field
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Willingness to attend marketing events as scheduled
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends and evenings may be required)
