Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OT to support infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with developmental delays or disabilities. Services are provided in natural environments such as homes and school settings, focusing on empowering families and promoting functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IFSPs)
Provide family-centered therapy and coaching
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Current Ohio OT license
Experience or interest in pediatric/early intervention services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
