Practice Manager ($45k-$55k) + bonus potential
Journey Road Treatment Centers is seeking a Practice Manager to join the Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment team to oversee the two (2) medical clinics. This is a full-time salaried position and operates Monday-Friday within normal business hours. We have been providing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services since 2015, and we are looking to incorporate telehealth and other exciting opportunities into our practices.

Education/Licensure Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, operations, accounting and/or related field or;
- A minimum of a High school diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required with 5+ years of practice management experience in a healthcare setting
- No professional licensure required
Background Checks
- Agency requires background checks in accordance with each position to maintain compliance with policies, contract(s), funder(s), and accreditation
Experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting
- 1-2 years of behavioral health and/or addictions preferred

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in working in addictions and behavioral health as exhibited by previous work experience, community engagement, education, or training. The Journey Road Outpatient Treatment Centers have clients with a wide variety of opioid use and mental health disorders and, therefore, providing interventions and an environment to promote connection, health, and recovery is vital.
