Supervisor, Circulation & Teen Services – Job Posting
The Holliston Public Library is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time, non-union position of Supervisor, Circulation & Teen Services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working with children, tweens, teens, or young adults who is ready to take on a leadership role in a welcoming, community-focused library.
This is a dynamic position in a small-town library where no two days are the same and staff members wear many hats. Under the supervision of the Library Director, the Supervisor of Circulation and Teen Services oversees all circulation operations, supervises circulation staff, manages the library's website and social media presence, and develops, implements, and evaluates programs, services, and collections for tweens and teens. The position also produces the library's bi-monthly print and online newsletter, helping to promote library services, events, and community engagement.

Qualified applicants will have a Master’s Degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program and one (1) or more years of professional library experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with young adults (ages 12-18) required.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), benefit-eligible position classified as Grade 600. The anticipated hiring salary range is $30.62 per hour - $32.78 per hour. The full salary range is $30.62 per hour - $40.23 per hour.
