Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is preparing to open its doors, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated PRN Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services as appropriate
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, case managers, and other members of the treatment team
- Assist with crisis intervention and patient stabilization efforts
- Help create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients
- Advocate for patients and support their recovery journey
What We're Looking For
- Active Missouri license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, acute care, or related settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with patients
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed
