Responsibilities:
- Convert Vehicle exchange opportunities into appointments that show and sell
- Contact clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction, as well as review customer survey
- Assist the GSM with achieving store internet sales and Vehicle Exchange goals
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network
- Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email
- Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
